Element <pbs:supply-only>

A prescribing rule or product-listing may not be prescribed, but may still be dispensed.

All of the following (in any order):

pbs:date

The date that the datum started to be supply-only.

Optionally:

pbs:reason

The reason for the change.

Any one of the following:

pbs:prescribing-rule-reference

Prescribing rules that may be substituted for this PBS Item. If a substitute prescribing rule is specified, there would normally be only one given. It is theoretically possible that two or more substitute prescribing rules are given (for example, one in the HB program and the other in the HS program), in which case the processing system must use other information from the claim to determine the appropriate prescribing rule to substitute.

Zero or more of the following:

pbs:product-listing-reference

Product listings that may be substituted for this product listing. If a substitute product listing is specified, there would normally be only one given. It is theoretically possible that two or more substitute product listings are given (for example, one in the HB program and the other in the HS program), in which case the processing system must use other information from the claim to determine the appropriate product listing to substitute. Note that brand substitution will also give alternate product listings that may be subsituted for this product listing.

Optionally:

pbs:non-effective

Advance notice of the datum becoming non-effective.
