Element <pbs:mpp>

This is a complex type of element.

A pack of one or more drugs. Equivalent to an AMT Medicinal Product Pack (MPP).

The Snomed CT MPP concept identifier. See pbs:mp element for information on codes.

One or more of the following:

pbs:preferred-term

The PBS preferred term for the concept. There may be more than one preferred term for different purposes; they are distinguished by their terminology reference.

Optionally:

pbs:pack-size

This is the PBS concept of "pack size", which is the number of Pharmaceutical Items in a pack. This may not be the same as the AMT Total Unit of Use Count.

Optionally:

pbs:content

Content of this product, in terms of unit of measure.

pbs:drug-references-list

Links to MPUUs and TPPs for this MPP.

Optionally:

pbs:member-of-list

Details of groups of which this is a member.

pbs:effective

The date of last update to this MPP.

Optionally:

pbs:non-effective

The date that the MPP was removed.
