For a restriction associated with an authority-required item, the method of assessment for the authority application. If not specified, the default is "immediate".

Details of what condition is being treated.

Optionally:

pbs:treatment-phase-reference

Details of the treatment phase.

Optionally:

Pattern pbs.operator

Details of criteria applying to the subsidisation.
