When a simple value is changed, this element presents an image of the content of that value in the previously effective Schedule. There are two categories of PBS elements: those with complex content and those with simple content. Complex content has child elements. Simple content has no child elements, only textual data. Mixed content only has non-PBS elements and is treated as simple content for the purpose of managing temporal data.
