This is a complex type of element.
The amount of markup added to a price.
This element is a hyperlink. The target of the hyperlink is a pbs:markup-bandpbs:markup-bandpbs:prescribing-rulepbs:product-listing element.
All of the following (in any order):
The amount of markup actually applied.
The date of last update to the markup.
Optionally:
The date that this markup became non-effective.
