The amount of fee added to a price.
This element is a hyperlink. The target of the hyperlink is a pbs:fee-definitionpbs:fee-definitionpbs:prescribing-rulepbs:product-listing element.
All of the following (in any order):
The amount actually applied as a fee.
The date of last update to the fee.
Optionally:
The date that the fee became non-effective.
